Meta Domain: A fourth-wall-bending cleric subclass for 5E

Greetings Clerics, Players, and Grognards!

I hope you're having a lot of fun with The Prayer's Handbook and have had a chance to roll up your Meta Domain clerics! I wanted to send a quick note to remind everyone that there are just two days left to back my latest 5E zine Kickstarter NIBBLEMANCY. 

Here are a couple offeatures I've been talking about which make Nibblemancy even more interesting to non-wizards...

• Nibblemancers use their Constitution as their spellcasting ability - and it only requires a 13 Constitution to multi-class into Nibblemancy. Without the Intelligence requirement, this opens up magical multi-classing to many more characters.
• And there are Nibblemancy Recipes just for multi-classing characters. For instance, a rogue who takes a one-level dip into Nibblemancy learns the Musical Fruit Burrito Recipe. Once consumed, for the next hour, you get the one-time use of the Second Wind ability (On your turn, you can use a bonus action to regain hit points equal to 1d10 + your rogue level).

Each multi-classing combination will get a unique recipe (and there's a catch-all recipe to accommodate home-brewed classes and those not included in the SRD (looking at you, Artificers).

And as part of this campaign, all my previous books and the Death Dealing Deck of Cards are available as add-ons.

If there’s anything you missed during the campaign, The Prayer’s Handbook books and minis have been added to my web shop.

With The Prayer’s Handbook rewards shipped, my attention is turning to Nibblemancy. I’m so excited for a Constitution-based wizard. It opens up so many roleplaying opportunities when your wizard doesn’t need a 20 Intelligence! Playing a not-so-bright wizard really appeals to me. And removing the Intelligence requirement for Nibblemancy multi-classing will open up magical training to many more characters! Suddenly, the fighter’s high Con score will give them some real potency as a spellcaster. So much fun!

Nibblemancy launches this week!

Thursday, the campaign will launch for this crafty, baking wizard subclass!

What can I tell you about Nibblemancy?

• Nibblemancy is a subclass which uses a wizard's Constitution as their Spellcasting ability.
• Each Nibblemancer gets a magic cookbook which levels up as they do.
• The subclass includes recipes which give buffs to the wizard and their allies.
• There are unique, unlockable recipes for multi-classing Nibblemancers unique to each class combination. 
• Plus my usual assortment of fun spells, cool magic items, and odd creatures.

Zines arrived and are now shipping!

The zines arrived and I'm super happy with how they turned out!

My iphone photos don't capture how vibrant the colors are! The spot-varnish on the covers looks great! The printer did a wonderful job.

I  just dropped off the first batch of zine packages at the post office.

I'm still waiting on the shipment of hardcover books and will update everyone when I know more.

I've been getting the Nibblemancy campaign ready to launch. Here's a look at a mockup of the zine cover... work-in-progress...

A quick meta-update!

The zines are heading my way!

I just received a tracking number for the zine shipment and they should be arriving here next week. Once I have them, I'll share photos and zine orders will start shipping out! I'll post an update regarding the hardcovers when I get the details!

A preview forNibblemancy!

I'm so excited to share this! Here's a look at my sculpt of the Nibblemancer. He might be my favorite sculpt yet - from the chef's hat with stars and moons to the oversized oven mitt to the magic spoon!

It looks like the Nibblemancy campaign will launch next week. It will be running while I mail out everyone's physical loot for The Prayer's Handbook! 

The STL file for the Nibblemancer is available now free for my Patreon supporters at any level.The plan is for it to be available as an addon for $5 during the campaign.

And speaking of cooking...

My pal Kfir has a Kickstarter running for Flavor Text Adventures – Cooking Monsters for 5E. It's a combination cookbook and 5e supplement with fun fantasy stories to accompany each real recipe. It also has a cover by legendary D&D artist Larry Elmore!  

Not only am I a backer, I'll be providing art for the book too. You can check out the campaign here.
